History:
Odin was born in a cave in the Dragon Mountains during a snowstorm. His breathing was so shallow his family was unsure he'd make it.  However, he quickly grew into a heavy coated and warm hearted energetic ball of fluff. Unfortunately due to his unusually rounded face he could not be as physically active as other pups. His respiratory system was prone to infection and he breathed loudly. His lungs often couldn't get the oxygen they needed, essentially giving him a form of asthma. 

As he grew older his mother was delighted (much to his father's despair) that he took after her element of water. She attempted strict daily training to attempt to teach him to use it. He did not show much prowess with it. He only got the most basic of skills such as locating underground water sources or manipulating trickles of water. To her shock he had far better luck shaping snow. Coupled with his ability to breathe frost from his mouth by rapidly freezing the condensation created in his breath, he became quite the oddity.

As he reached adulthood, Odin realized what an oddity he was. He grew restless and decided to set out in search of other ice shinlai like himself. He stole his father's compass. The long strap was designed to wrap around his neck, but instead he decided to wear it around his ankle for easier viewing.

Along his travels he met and trained with Thorn.

Mask History:
Odin received his first mask (polished wood from the mountain forest) when he first awakened his element. It was painted with white dots along the bottom edge to represent frost.
After his training with Thorn, he remasked himself. His current mask is grey stone with painted light grey bands.
